Once approved by our QC professionals, the batches of yarn again pass through a stringent test run of knitting, dyeing and finishing in order to set  precise knitting parameters. In the ensuing phase, every knitted roll is checked for pin holes, needle lines, sinker lines, oil spots and for absolute quality. After final approval, the lots are forwarded to the dyeing department .

Our fabric inspection Q,A have check all the fabric each and every lot after dyeing on random basis and make the report and send the fabric to lab for necessary test after confirmation the test report dye lot  issue to the cutting department .
